     The drill rig is used to create 12 vertical holes for the bridge supports.
 
Cages    Cage Install
Construction crews slide metal rebar cages into each drill hole to provide structural support for concrete.
   
Rebar    Abutment 2 
Concrete is poured into the drill holes and the abutment is framed in
preparation for the next layer of concrete.  The process is repeated for the second abutment.
